1. A. A. Papo Trust Company Limited is the trustee of a second endowment created by Eli Papouchado under Israeli law in 2009. Eli Papouchado was the owner of these 1,530,000 ordinary shares and granted those shares to the second endowment in 2015. The primary beneficiary of the second endowment is Eli's daughter, Eliana, and the secondary beneficiaries are Eli Papouchado and his divorcee, Sigal Grass.
